Here are some new photos I've taken over the last month or so. I hope you enjoy.
I am sorry that I haven't uploaded anything new in a while. I hope you will enjoy the two photos I have added.
Today I traded in my two Nikon bodies that I had been using for the last 3-5 years. I had shot a total of 20 weddings and as many portrait sessions with these cameras and they never failed. I used my Nikon D700 last on our family vacation to Oregon and Washington. The camera was getting too heavy to lug around on trails, and I had long since stopped working with clients. After a lot of thought, I decided to move to a Sony a6000 mirrorless system. It is amazingly lightweight and I cannot wait to take my first shots with it. It has 24 megapixels and a usable iso up to 6400. I will post my first shot taken with the camera very soon.
I am stepping back from wedding photography for awhile to regain my focus. Over the last 5 years, I have had the opportunity to capture many wonderful moments and get to know some lovely people. Not once did I have to encounter a bridezilla. I would like to thank all of the couples that allowed me the honor of capturing the start of their journey. Thank you.
